Heidi has some ten years of experience in Construction Contract Management and Administration and a background in property equity research. She was awarded a University Medal for her academic achievements whilst undertaking her degree in Construction Management. Heidi is responsible for managing the firms operations, administration and business development. She maintains an active role in the tender and project delivery process to ensure client satisfaction. Heidi also oversees the development and application of the firms Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Procedures. Her experience in the finance industry has given her a sound understanding of the elements required for business success. Knowledge she had applied when preparing the firms strategic vision.
